
Mountain Top (Gao Shan) Oolong

Originally grown in Taiwan. This mountain top Oolong is grown in an area over 1000 metres above the sea level.
Light Oolong with clean aroma, sweet and long-lasting aftertaste.
Brewing Tips:
Water Temperature: 90 - 95 Degree.
Tea Washing: Steep 1 - 3 seconds, and then pour away the tea.
Steeping Time: 50 seconds for the first brewing. Increase approximately 40 seconds for the next brewing.
Storage:
store in a cool, dry place that is absent from foreign odour. Refrigerate it for long term storage.
