Gunpowder (Zhu Cha) Green Tea
An original slightly grassy taste with a very strong and tangy aroma.
Recommended Ware: Glass Cup/Teapot.
50ml water for 1g tea leaves. (Adjust the amount to personal taste)
Water Temperature: 80℃ - 85℃.
Use hot water to pre-warm the cup/teapot before brewing.
Add water into the tea cup/teapot, and then put in the tea leaves. You can watch the leaves unfolding through the glass cup/teapot.
Steeping Time: 2-3 minutes. Re-infuse 2 – 3 times.
Storage: store in a cool, dry place that is absent of foreign odour.
