Icy Peak (Dong Ding) High Mountain Oolong
Originally grown in Fujian province. This high mountain Oolong is grown in a mountain top of Taiwan over 1000 metres above the sea level with cold climate.
Light Oolong with clean aroma, sweet and long-lasting aftertaste.
Water Temperature: 90 - 95 Degree.
Tea Washing: Steep 1 - 3 seconds, and then pour away the tea.
Steeping Time: 50 seconds for the first brewing. Increase approximately 40 seconds for the next brewing.
store in a cool, dry place that is absent from foreign odour. Refrigerate it for long term storage.
